Lexus LC 500
Almost excessively styled inside and out with a great deal of busyness going on, the new-for-2018 Lexus LC 500 sports coupe delivers livelier performance than we might expect from a luxury grand tourer. It packs a punch with a 5.0-liter 471 horsepower (351 kilowatts) V8 engine, a 10-speed automatic transmission and drift-friendly rear-wheel-drive. (There’s also a 500h hybrid version that pairs a 3.5-liter V6 with dual electric motor/generators.) Time will tell if the low-slung LC’s looks will wear well or just seem eccentric down the road.
